Cash payment policy:

To receive a discount for cash payments, bookings must be made online. If the payment is not later completed in cash, the full price will be charged.

Late arrivals & no-shows:

If you do not show up within 15 minutes and fail to make contact, your appointment may be given to the next client. If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time, and the full treatment cost will be charged.

Advance booking is recommended. Phone bookings are not accepted. Please book online only!

Care

Please check available times through our online booking system. If your preferred time is unavailable, kindly select an alternative day or time. (Please do not call to inquire about availability.)

'You must give 24 hours' notice before cancelling or changing your booking

Cancellations or changes to your booking time must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, they are non-refundable, as there won't be enough time to offer the slot to someone else.

Care Policy

For all clients: If you not show up within 15 minutes and fail to make contact, the next appointment will be given to the next client. To be fair to those who come after you, if your late arrival is unavoidable, your appointment may be reduced by finishing at the scheduled hour. The original treatment cost will still be charged.
All treatments at Care Thai Massage are strictly nonsexual. Sexual advances, comments, or insinuations by our personnel will result in the immediate discontinuation of treatments.
Erotic massages of any type are not provided here. Clients requesting erotic treatment are not welcome at Care Thai Massage anymore.
Cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance. If not, they are non-refundable, as there won't be enough time to fill the slots. If you do not show up, you will not have the chance to rebook. (No show, non-refundable.)
Gift Vouchers: If you wish to cancel or change your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance so we can fill the slot with someone else. Purchased gift vouchers (coupon cards for 5 treatment plans) are not redeemable for cash.
