If you can not arrive on time, to be fair to those who will come after you, your appointment may be reduced by finishing at the scheduled hour. The original treatment cost will be charged. 

All treatments at Care Thai Massage are strictly nonsexual. Sexual advances, comments, or insinuations to our personnel will result in the immediate discontinuation of treatments.

​Cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance (if not, they are non-refundable). Otherwise, there won't be enough time to fill the slots in that gap. And if you do not show up, you can not rebook. (No show, non-refundable.)

​Gift vouchers: if you wish to cancel or change your appointment, please let me know at least 24 hours before. I'll get a chance to fill the void with someone else.

Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the issue date and can not be redeemable for cash.

5 treatment plan cards are valid for one year from the date of issue and can not be redeemable for cash.
