Cancellation Policy

Appointment Policy: If you are late to your appointment, it will still end at the originally scheduled time, and the full treatment cost will be charged. Gift Vouchers and 5-Treatment Plans: If you need to cancel or change your appointment, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance. This allows me to offer the slot to someone else. Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue and are not redeemable for cash. 5-treatment plan cards are valid for one year from the date of issue and are not redeemable for cash.
