Service Description

Alleviation of Pain Relieve joint, neck, and back pain, as well as fascia tension, sports injury discomfort, and stress-induced muscular stiffness. This type of massage uses strong pressure and long, slow strokes to target the deepest layers of muscle. Deep muscle and tissue massage can be especially helpful for those who experience chronic pain and discomfort, such as upper back pain, sore shoulders, lower back issues, stiff necks, and tight leg muscles. After a proper full-body massage, you’ll feel relaxed and renewed. If your body is very tight, an hour may not be enough time to achieve a lighter, more relaxed feeling. If you’ve had a large knot, lump, or fascia tightness for a long time, massage may not eliminate it permanently. However, it can help reduce pain and temporarily alleviate symptoms. Keep in mind that if underlying causes—such as poor posture, repetitive strain, or stress—remain unaddressed, the pain or tightness is likely to return.
